After we receive your custom order request, our lead designer begins figuring out how to bring your idea to life. She will work with you closely through the entire process to ensure the final product matches your vision.

Once we have all the item details sorted out, we will send an invoice to you for the cost of materials and labor. After your payment is received we will send your custom order to the delivery address you provide to us, or we will contact you to arrange a local pickup.
